The STEPS program is designed to meet the need of students with significant cognitive disabilities who may also experience physical, sensory or medical conditions or behavioral challenges.  Students in grades 4-6 are welcome to come and help in the STEPS classroom every lunch hour to work with these students.  It gives these students opportunities to give back to their community, make a difference in the lives of others by helping them, and build confidence and self-esteem in themselves and with the STEPS students that they are helping with.
